What do I do if my site gives this error:

Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.

Please check Atlassian Status for known problems.
If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team.

Because we are on a free plan, I can not submit a ticket to support. And it's been down for hours if not days, so we are well past 5-10 minutes. What do I do?

Hello @Abraham Lim

Has your site been regularly used or has it been dormant for an extended period of time?

If your site has been dormant for an extended period of time, it may have been deactivated. But if that is the case, the people in your site specified as the Billing Contacts should have received multiple emails warning of its deactivation before that occurred.

The people who are administrators for your site, even if it is Free, should be able to go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and create a ticket by selecting the My Account option.

Hey @Trudy Claspill  ,

I'm facing a similar issue to @Abraham Lim with my Jira client service setup on a reverse proxy. Only by using a reverse proxy, I'm encountering issue, else its working on its original domain, Could you lend a help with this? Your assistance would be highly valued!

Warm Regards,
Waleed A.

@Waleed Ahmed

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

I'm not able to help you. I don't have expertise in networking.

I suggest that you start a new Question in the community to make your request for help visible to the larger Community membership. It seems that you might have already done that here
