Hi,
We have recently upgraded to Jira Cloud as an organisation and are continuing to experience issues around slowness, connections and page load times.
Its seems that you have acknowledged that there is an issue with Jira Cloud and X-Ray but the solutions you have provided have not fixed this issue at all.
The aim is to use X-Ray alongside Jira cloud to run tests, create reports and defects so far some of us are struggling to do that.
We have tested this across various OS's and Browsers with the same results. Can you advise as to when this will actually be fixed?
Many thanks
Lee
Hello, still very slow even after contacting support several times.
What have you migrated to?
We are looking for a tool with tracability with the requirements / story under jira :-)
Thanks to all

Hi,
Have this been resolved because we are still experiencing a slowness on our side.
Is there anything that we should do on our end?
Thanks.

Hi @Lee Irwin
Sorry to hear about this performance issue.
We don't have reports of performance issues with Xray, so it would be necessary to analyze your case to understand what is happening.
Please contact the Xray Support (http://xraysupport.xpand-it.com) so that we can directly contact you and address this swiftly.
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Rogério

Hi Rogério,
After completing extensive testing and research with Atlassian, the issue lay with the architecture of Jira Cloud.
The Cloud team have acknowledged this and advised that a fix would be happening around Q4 2021. Mind you they've been using this same line since 2019....
Cheers
Lee

Hi @Lee Irwin
do you have any updates on this topic?
Is your combination of Xray with Jira Cloud faster now?
Kind regards
Christian

Hi @Lee Irwin
Also interested by a fix.

Hi,
Still the same really, even after the outage and subsequent update we're still experiencing issues.
We've decided to move to TestRail to see if this improves Cloud as it sits outside of Jira...big gamble but if this fails I think we'll move away from Jira altogether.

Hi, also interested by a fix. I used JIRA+XRAY on-premises without any performance issue.
I'm currently using JIRA Cloud+XRAY and it's globally slow and sometimes very slow (up to 10s to display one testcase)

X-Ray are saying its an Atlassian issue, they've said that if we upgrade our license then that should improve service.
Which is a pretty pants thing to do.

Hi there, based on our experience XRAY API requests are slow, taking usually couple of secs instead of millis. So it should not be Atlassian issue.

Having same issue, Xray with jira cloud, really slow :(
I contacted Xray. Hope they will provide a solution. Otherwise we cannot use it

It's so sad. Are you still on Xray or did you switch to something else?

Great, thanks. Are you happy with it? I'm considering moving from x-ray somewhere else since they are so unresponsive. Did you think about the testrail?

Hi @Yuriy Dobryanskyy ,
Have you got any fix for it.
From my understanding, this is because of the XRAY architecture. We cant really do anything on our side.
Thanks,

Yes!
We contacted Xray support, and they did some "magic" and it started working much better.
I don't know what exactly did they change, but they responded that they changed something and it should be better now.
Best,
Yuriy.
