Without Automation, how to get an email notification when a Blocker issue is created?

Hi, I'm searching for a way to get notified by email when a new Blocker issue is created.

Even better if I could set up some other users to get notified.

Additional note: unfortunately I cannot use the Automation plugin for that.

Yo @leodavesne

you could create a JQL like

project = XXX and priority = Blocker

then save it as filter, and then set up a subscription to this filter for you or the users you wish to get notified. You can configure how often it will run, too.

Might fit you needs.
