Hi,

What:

  • Screen has a field that is rendered in wiki style
  • I'm testing the jira-software-cloud as free version.
  • If this screen is used for issue action edit, view, create , the field is rendered in wiki style
  • If the same screen is used in workflow transition, the field in question is NOT redered in wiki style.

Question:

  • Is this internal Jira issue or can i do something about it?
  • Might it be different in Standard plan?

Hi @ElectricalDesign

It should still be in Wiki Style - although it doesn't use Wiki Markdown, it uses Markup (which is what Cloud used to use). I just tested this and rich text was active.

Because it's Wiki Markup, it means things like stars around a word don't bold immediately - they bold on completion.

There is a feature request to move the transition screens to the new experience - check out JRACLOUD-78919

@Ste Wright
Is there any workaround for this?
