Wiki Toolbar is not visible in jira server 7.2.1

Hi,
Today a contributor told us that Wiki Toolbar is not visible anywhere on Jira, I checked the pocketknife plugin and it is active, I checked Rich text is also active.
I don't know how to fix this problem.
