On my work project board, some tickets are hidden when I select the board view, whenever I go to the list view I can see all the tickets. Why are the ones in my 'not started' column hidden? There are no filters selected and no workflows have been set up so I can't see why they're hidden!

It is probably because those tickets use an issue type attached to a different workflow. While on the board, click the More link on the upper right and then Workflows. There you will which Issue Types are using which workflows. While the List screen shows all issues, the board only shows issues on a single workflow at a time.
Oh thank you! It's managed by our IT department so I wondered if it was something their end!
