Why is Microsoft Teams Plugin not displaying mandatory Group Assignee?

Trying to “create issue/task” in the JIRA Teams Plugin, and everything seems to work properly, but a mandatory drop down is not displaying in MS Teams Plug-In?  Has anyone seen this issue? Is there a max number of fields the plug-in will display? Is their a property value that needs to be adjusted in the mandatory drop down to get it to display in the MS Teams JIRA plug-in?

Without this drop down I am unable to create a JIRA issue because it is mandatory which renders the MS Teams plug-in useless.

Hi George - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Last I heard, you could not have custom fields that were mandatory in Jira for the issue to be created from Teams. It handled system fields only. But that was months ago. You probably want to open a support ticket with Atlassian to verify. 

Please post back here with the solution so future readers will know what happened.
