Why doesn't AND !(Key = "INT-1362") work in a Filter?

The issue appears, even though its Key is INT-1362

Also not working, with or without quotes and with or without parentheses:

AND Key != INT-1362

Could you include the whole query, it should work with what you included above. The whole query can help us identify anything that could be causing the error.

Thank you.  Yes, I simplified the Filter, and now the key queries are working.
