According to https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/ip-addresses-and-domains-for-atlassian-cloud-products/ there is a list of IP ranges https://ip-ranges.atlassian.com/ that Jira cloud will initiate outgoing connections from.

The issue we are seeing is that a plugin installed in Jira Cloud is coming from 23.20.133.116 which isn't on the list of IPs.

Has anyone seen a similar issue?  Maybe its because it is a plugin?

Hello @Eric Chennells

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Some plugins are not actually installed on the same host as Jira Cloud, but rather run from a different host entirely. You need to check with the app vendor to see if that is the case and what to use to whitelist them if necessary.
