Which template is good for real estate business?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

In a real estate business, the agent may contact multiple clients to purchase multiple houses. This is a many-to-many relationship, which means multiple clients may place several offers to one house, or one client may place several offers to many houses. When you have many clients and many offers, it is hard to track the progress of multiple offers. Which template do you think the best fit for this case? Or maybe some other tools do you recommend?
PS.: each offer may have several states such as accepted/rejected, inspection, awaiting HOA, repairing/renovating, complete, etc.
