I made a Company managed business project in Jira Cloud. Tickets have "TO DO", "In Progress" and "Done"
I don't see any board configuration but the project came with a board. I want to make sure the issues move off of the DONE column after two weeks.
@James Dushay - Welcome to the community!
In your board configuration, under general the default setting is "2 weeks" so if you have this set the issues that are DONE will move off of your board.
If this answered your question, please accept my answer as that helps me.
I have a team managed kanban board and notice that "done" tickets are not falling off the board after 14 days in the done column. Is this a known bug?

Hello @Joseph Bly
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
This post is over a year old. A lot can change in Jira in a year.
Also the original post concerns a Company Managed Business project, not a Team Managed Software project which is your situation.
To get help with your situation please start a new Question by clicking the Ask a question button at the top of the screen. That will get your question better visibility to the wider community than adding to a year+ old post.

Hello @James Dushay
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
@Summer Hogan 's answer is incorrect for your scenario. That answer applies to a software project.
With a business/work management project, the time period after which "done" issues are hidden from view is hard coded as 14 days. There is no option to change that setting.

Thanks @Trudy Claspill for the correction!

Hello @James Dushay
Please share the details of the status transition history for the ticket that you think should not be shown.

Hi James - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Another option is to create a second board that will do what you want. Here is an article that will guide you on how to do that and includes caveats.
