Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The "base url" of an Atlassian system is the url that it is running on.  Where you see quicksight say "https://xxx.atlassian.net", that's the base url for an Atlassian site called "xxx".

For a Jira cloud system, the base url will be suffixed with Jira, so "https://xxx.atlassian.net/jira" is what you need - replace the xxx with your site name.
