I am a first time user and trying to create a new task. Unfortunately, I cannot do so because "the reporter specified is not a user." I keep trying to enter myself (which I was told to do), but it still doesn't recognize me, even it does recognize me when I list myself as an Assignee. What should I do?
Are you listed as a Customer? Generally the Reporter will be a Customer. However, if you are actually are working on resolving an issue you would be an agent. What role(s) is your user listed under project settings > people?
