New to Jira and looking to set up a dashboard that will allow for me and my PMO team to work through projects as well as partner with other teams within our company using Jira. I need help in suggested layouts, and processes as well as if Jira or Confluence is the better route to take for this process.
I like to use Jira (for task management), Atlas (for project management), and Confluence (for documentation).

IMHO, there is no best way to do that. Perhaps there are better / worse ways, considering how they align with the methods your organization manages work.
