From the waffle (6-slot square icon in the upper left of the app) in both Jira and Confluence, this navigation dialog once held custom web URLs that we could define. I see recently that our Cloud tenant does not expose these web links anymore. I cannot determine if this functionality is just gone or moved elsewhere...

Custom links were removed from the Navigator. There is already a change request to bring them back.

We noticed this a couple of days ago as well. We can still navigate to the configuration page by manually entering in the URL, but nothing we put in there is actually working. I have also not been able to find anything about this change online, but I suspect that since our sidebar changed (new options were present), I suspect it was an intentional change.
