What cant i see all my sprints when i try to add it to my issue

I create a sprint from 04/01/24-04/12/24 until the year, each sprint is two weeks.

I open an issue and I go to the details tab i don't see the sprints only future sprints.

THE FILTER ONLY SHOWS ME FUTURE DATES

Jira does not allow the feature of adding issues to sprints that have end dates in the past.

There are 3 backlogs:

Product backlog: all open issues issues

Version backlog: all unreleased issues for that version

Sprint backlog: unresolved issues in a sprint

The mindset is about planning for the future, not the past.
