I have seen under knowledge based about new created issue is not shown in the issue navigator.
For the workaround, it was mentioned that "If you wish to use any user created event, you need to add the post function "Re-Index issue" in the related transition."
Please help us to have this done as our client wants to show also right away in the issue navigator when using filtered links.
Hi @TaxAssuranceDirect - You have posted this in the Jira Work Management product, which is only Cloud based. But you reference a document that only applies to Server.
Can you tell use exactly what you have done and what you are expecting to see?
You'll need to edit your workflow and find the transition that is not indexing your issue as it goes through it and check that it has the "reindex issue" post-function in the right place in the list of post-functions.
This is not a "workaround" by the way, it's "using the tool as intended"
