Hi @Hitesh Prajapati ,

As the error mentions, you'll need to add that user into your setup first.

Navigate to the Admin panel -> Users -> Invite Users that are missing, keep the send email option off, and revoke all Product permissions if not needed.

Do let us know how it goes.

@Jehan Bhathena

Thanks for the response, Users are already created and I am using the same e-mail id in CSV as well as I am mapping in to wizard as well.

But the error is same. Help me with other guidance.

Hi @Hitesh Prajapati ,

thanks for the update, can you perhaps share the column names that you're trying to import?

If you're confident of all the users existing then would recommend checking the below:

  • Export a list of all the users from the system
  • Export the list of users from your CSV
  • Run a Vlookup on both the users, and check if there maybe a difference somewhere
    • Possibly a typo, or a additional comma or full stop
  • Also, the error during CSV import should give you an option to export a detailed log, check the log and see which line or Issue key is giving you this error. This will help drill down the scope
  • Since your ticket mentions you're Site-admin I'm assuming you're using the "External CSV Importer", there is an open issue for mapping a custom field using this https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/MIG-358

Hope this helps :-)
