I have a user that cannot update/change the 2-step key. He has his recovery key to login but cannot disable the 2-step.
Since the user cannot disable and enable the 2-step key, he cannot fix his issue. As the admin, I cannot verify the domain so I cannot disable the 2-step either to help.
