User cannot complete a sprint ,all are still marked as open in a sprint in Jira project ?

user cannot complete a sprint ,all are still marked as open in a sprint in Jira project? Added resolution screen in done status. Please help on this

Hi,

To complete a sprint you should have the correct permission and go in the board > active sprint and closed it.
