Upon login in JIRA, system open "Help center" page & no TABS like dashboard, Projects etc

Upon login in JIRA, system open "Help center" page & not dashboard. No option to open Dashboard or Projects or Issues etc.
User ID has been added in the project as 'Users'.
Any idea why

Seems like you are opening/redirecting to the customer portal.

Does the user have product access?
