I have installed Xray (currently trial period) but there seems to be some issue with it.
Xray support suggests that I re-install the app but the trial period runs ca 4 more weeks during which I cannot reinstall the app. The uninstall button is not active.
Is there anything I can do to re-install the app?
You need to choose the option "Stop Trail" first before you are able to uninstall an re-install the app
That's true, but also not very helfpul. Stopping the trial is the same as cancelling the subscription, and when I - and I guess @sharokkimiaei as well - try that, we get into the abhorrent "Cancellation pending" status of the subscription, which lasts until the next billing day.
I cannot find any way to expedite this cancellation so I can uninstall the app straight away.
Do you happen to know where to navigate to instantly terminate the license so I can uninstall?

Hi yes this is definitely a painful experience. We have an app that requires an uninstallation and re-install to resolve a problem. Unfortunately we now have to wait 4 weeks for the trial to end before we can do this.
Atlassian surely this hasnt been thought through correctly making it very frustrating for users.
I hope this can be fixed quickly.
