Unable to create sprints for one specific project

Hello,
I am the JIRA owner/admin for my team and we have multiple projects within Jira. For one specific project, there is no options for us to create a sprint. I have the highest permission on both boards.
Any suggestions on what settings I need to enable/change to allow me to use the sprint functionality? Please see attached images showing that one board has the create sprint option on the backlog page, while the other one doesn't. Any help is truly appreciated, thank you!
