Unable to access Jira Core

I have been provided the access to Jira Core as a User but each time I click on it, the window redirects me to Jira Software. Why is that?

Hi @Aakanksha Mathur,

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

AFAIK, Jira Software just extends the Jira Core and provides more project-related functionality. As a user, it should not be any different - the Jira Core project would not have boards and etc.

  1. You mentioned that you clicked on something, what do you click? A screenshot would be helpful.
  2. How do you differentiate between Jira Core UI and Jira Software UI?
