We have recently installed the plugin for Topdesk and have also been able to integrate them to some extent into Jira so that newly created 2nd level incidents can be created and submitted.
But now we have the problem that status and staff do not communicate with each other and we could not find out what exactly is the problem here, as exactly these two points are very relevant.
Does anyone have any experience here?
