Time is status is not showing accurate time for a component field

Hi Team,

I created a Time in status report recently to calculate time spent by defect in particular component (vlocity)

we want to check tickets only which has status- Backlog, In Progress, Designing, Building, Ready to test.

so when component is changed from unknown to vlocity and moved from "In Progress" to "E2E Testing" the time difference is 4 hours 14 minutes.. but in time in status it showing     3d 16h 43m

Could you please help me calculate accurate value?
