Which gadget? Have you tried editing it?
Any ideas what might be causing this on server version (9.4.8) and system Filter results gadgets? Couple of page refreshes later it's gone. But it eventually comes back :/

I am not using Jira Cloud, but Jira Timesheet Gudget not coming on dashboard and also using paid plugin Timesheet Reports and Gadgets. Please suggest.

I have the same problem. It's a gadget displaying worked hours on JIRA issues.
It says

It's a real issue here since we rely on these gadgets for checking worked hours.
