there are no tickets shown as soon as I use a filter or change the filter of an old selection.
How can I reach out to the technical support or is there any workaround?

Can you post an image of what exactly is that you are facing? Is not quite clear from what you are stating. Tech support for paid plans can be found at https://support.atlassian.com/contact
The filter function isn't working (sorry I forgot the word filter) just like it doesn't for another community member Solved: Filter has stopped working since update (atlassian.com)
Unfortunately my project hasn't the configuration to set epics, so the adviced workaround is not possible for me to use.
