The JIra account is deactivated

Hi all

My team mate's account is deactivated when she tried to login JIRA. I've already used Admin permission to remove and add her account again. But seem like, the issue has not been resolved yet.

Beside that, in the confluence, when I tag her account in the page. It displays "unlicensed" next to her name.

Any advice on this situation?

You'll need to add the account to the "can use" global permission and the space you're trying to tag her in.
