Hello, I am trying to get a proof of concept set up.
I have TFS4Jira set up and mapped.
For testing purposes, I had a teammate generate a PAT for this. He is not editing anything - I am doing so with my own account.
Does anyone know what I may have missed?
TIA!
Hi @Pam Wedel
This is Majid @ Exalate.
I am glad to read that you figured out the issue. We, at Exalate, specialize in integrating Jira issue with workItems in Azure DevOps. The complexity of the integration entirely depends on the business requirements, but you should be able to set up a basic, working integration within minutes.
Please let me know if you need any assistance with this one and I will be happy t o help.
Thanks
Majid

Hi Adriana,
Thanks for your reply!
Here are my answers:
1. Yes - sync is for both directions
2. Yes - the sync email user is different in ADO
3. No - there are no filters
4. Yes - I have the overview button

@Pam Wedel , hi there. Just to add another possible solution - ZigiOps (you can find it in the Atlassian Marketpalce). It can help you easily make the Jira/Azure DevOps integration and sync any type of data between those systems. ZigiOps is 100 no-code and does not store any of your data. You can even customize it to fit various Jira ADO integration use cases not just issues/workitems. We do have free tiral so you can test it yourself.
Best Regards, Diana
