We have a vendor that is doing work for us and recording their tasks in jira cloud. We want a record of the issues in our jira DC. I'm not well versed in rest api, but I'm looking for a way to pull over their requests into our system. We have access to the project, but that's it. The cloud admin says that he's too busy to assist with configuring the automation that the cloud offers. We have scriptrunner so I'm hoping that helps. Looking for someone whose already took a shot at this.
