Suspended - now what? We updated card!

We updated our credit card and apparently didnt save it and ended up having our jira and confluence suspended, we have reupdated the card and contacted support but wondering how long this usually takes as we are essentially dead in the water for today until it is resetup - if anyone can assist, i'd be most thankful

@Tony Pagliocco welcome to the Atlassian community 

My understanding is that upon entering your new payment information it will reactivate shortly after you submit it.  If it is not reactivating you may need to submit a support issue.  How long has it been?

about 11 hours and already submitted a support issue as well
