I have Stories with points, subtasks also have points, some subtasks are done, but some are not. I want to complete the sprint and move that story to the next sprint to be finished.

Or how can I manage the situation

Hello @Mireille

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

When you click the Complete Sprint button and there are incomplete issues, then you should get a pop-up asking you what you want to move the incomplete issues to the Backlog or another Sprint. This applies to issues that are not in the last column of your board, and to issues that have Subtasks where the Subtasks are not in the last column of the board.

This should happen automatically. You don't have to do anything extra to enable this functionality.

Note it is dependent on the Status of the issues and subtasks, and if that Status is mapped to the last column of your board. Any Status that is mapped to the last column of you board indicates the work is complete. Any Status not mapped to that column indicates the work is not complete and needs to be moved to the backlog or another sprint.

All subtasks are considered when looking at an issue. If some are complete and others are not, the parent issue is considered incomplete. All subtasks move with their parent issue from one sprint to another, so the complete subtasks will also show up in the next sprint.
