Stop globaly getting issue change notification emails

Somehow I managed to configure Jira Cloud so I get an email notification for every change made to every issue across all projects.

I no longer want to but have no idea where I configured that.

Thank you

Hello @Chris Goodwin - x2256

The first thing to look at is the Notifications configurations applied to the projects. There are Notification Schemes used with Company Managed project and each Team Managed project has their own project-specific Notifications.

Refer to these document concerning Notification Schemes for Company Managed projects:

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-notification-schemes/

Notification configuration for Team Managed project is accessed under the Project Settings for each project.

The notifications applied to projects are set for users, groups, roles, and user picker fields like Assignee, Reporter, and Watchers, per event. You may be receiving the notifications based on how those are configured, plus how you are ending up related to each issue.

Additionally, if you don't want to change those configuration, you can change your personal notifications settings. Refer to this document:

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-your-jira-personal-settings/
