Hi All

We take a snapshot at the start of every sprint ( aka - we download a sprint report in the form of a csv) and upload it to an ISO repository as evidence of what was committed ( and later completed) in each sprint.   In a recent sprint, it was observed that the export was missing some tickets.  I went back and reviewed the history of the tickets and they were added before the export took place.   I also reviewed the date of the extract -- after the tickets were added.

Has anyone ever had this happen?  Any ideas as to why this could happen?

I have been doing this for at least 2 years now and it has never before occurred

Thanks

Kathy

@Kathy Burgess I would suggest reviewing the report at the time you make the export.  This way you should be able to track down what is happening.  I would have guessed that the issues were not in the sprint at the time of the export but sounds like that is not the case.
