Slack to JIRA automation creates a ticket successfully when the workflow user is an admin in JIRA?

Hey,
In slack, I have created a workflow where I collect information in a form to allow slack users in my org to create JIRA tickets on my board. I am only using the fields that Slack gives me in the 'Create an issue' section.
I have tested this a few times and I as an Admin can complete the workflow and it works perfectly but when my colleagues do it. They get the following error when they are anything other than an Admin on my board. My whole org cannot be admins.
Please can I have some help with this?
