Shared resource across multiple projects

Hi all,

I'm looking for a solution for question posed by POs who share a single resource and want a visual of the work assigned to resource and view the prioritization of the work for the other projects.  I've suggested creation of filter identifying all issues assigned to resource or resource creating their own project however PO believed there must be a better way.  

Any additional suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes filter is a very good start where you get all tickets assigned to your resource. you can take it further by

• creating a dashboard with two gadgets
• pie chart to give holistic view 
• 2 dimensional filter statistics to give more insights about priorities accross projects.

The two gadgets will rely on the filter you have created.
