Setting Up Teams and Workflow for a Technology Company

Hello,

Can anyone provide assistance with setting up Jira Cloud, Jira Software, and Confluence?

We are a technology company that has a Software Team that needs J-Cloud, J- Software, and Confluence.  The marketing Team needs J-Cloud and Confluence.

When the Software Team invited the Marketing Team to Jira and we were grouped into one team and we want to be separate teams.

Any advice?

Creating a Marketing Group and a Software Group. Assign each group their product access as mentioned.

When you assign someone to the marketing group, they will automatically get J cloud and confluence access.
