Set up article suggestions in request forms - issue with narrow suggestion box.

Hi, I am trying to find solution for this problem. We enabled article suggestion option, as per: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/how-do-you-automatically-present-articles-to-customers-in-a-request/

The challenge we face is fact that suggestion box is very small and narrow, so whole tittle of the article can not be seen, when user provide problem description. I think this can be changed somewhere in the configuration file on Jira server. We use data center version of Jira.

Any help how and where should we look for it?
