ScriptRunner Enhanced Search queries stopped automatic sync with filters

@Kristian Walker _Adaptavist_ Sorry to tag you directly, but the ScriptRunner automatic sync stopped working in our Cloud system. I've created a case with Adaptavist (SRJCLSUP-6284) but not sure how long it would take for them to get back to me - the issue is critical. I have confirmed that the sync is ON for all queries, ran sync manually, but it didn't fix the problem. Any advice you can give me on that would be greatly appreciated - the issue is critical to us.
