I purchased the Roadmap 3.0 solution in early August, prior to Roadmap Exclusive coming out.  I have been using Roadmap 3.0 and now that site appears to be inaccessible.  Should i have transitioned to the Exclusive solution?  Given that i purchased the 3.0 solution prior the next release, that release was included in my cost.

I hope my description makes sense and that someone can help me.  Thanks.

Hello @Pete Foreman

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Can you confirm that this is related to the Atlassian product named Jira?

And can you confirm for us if you are using self-hosted Jira (Jira Server or Jira Data Center) or using Jira Cloud (the SaaS product offering)?

I looked in the Atlassian Marketplace for a third party app named "Roadmap" and could not find one named Roadmap 3.0 or Roadmap Exclusive. If this is a third party app can you provide the Marketplace listing link?

If the app is not working you will likely need to contact the vendor of that app. In the Marketplace listing there should be a Support tab that provides information on how to contact that vendor's support team.

Hi there. roadmap 3.0 is now Roadmap Exclusive. They moved platforms. You can try to see if you can log in by going to roadmapexclusive11.com. Use the same email you used to signup for Roadmap 3.0 but instead of entering a password choose forgot password. If you have access you will receive and email to reset your password and access the new course.
