How to configure only a subset of all the Link Types in Jira to be used in a specific project?
E.g. In project XPTO I want to allow the user to select only 'blocks' and 'duplicates' link issue types (Outward and Inward), and no other, no matter what they can be, so the user will not see the other unnecessary link types in the selectable list box.
Hello @Antônio Duarte
That feature is not currently available.

Hi Antonio ,
Try out Enhanced Links for Jira to customize Issue Link Types per ( Project , Issue type or other criteria ) using JQL expressions .
Enhanced Links for Jira allow you also to:

Your app does not appear to entirely restrict which link types can be used in a project. The Link Issue button remains available in the issue details view, and with it a link of any type can be made to other issues.
It is only when one uses the Enhanced Links button/section that the types of links available are restricted, but that only restricts the link types within the Enhanced Links section.
Please clarify how your app prevents users from creating issue links of other types.

This is an Atlassian limitation , here is the link of the request : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-74778
We should use Enhanced Links for Jira button/section to restrict the link types within the Enhanced Links section.
PS : Another aspect is that all app vendors working with issue links are currently limited by the actual behavior because any custom panel showing links is duplicating some of the information in the default link panel.

Yes, I am aware of the limitations.
The original post is about restricting the link types that are available in a project.
The Enhanced Links for Jira app does not actually do that. It adds another option for creating links and within that option it limits the link types that are available, but it does not prevent users from using the other types of links.
Therefore, in my opinion, the product does not meet the requirement in the original post.
That is why I asked for clarification regarding how the product would meet the requirement.
