We'd like to use Next Gen releases when techs are working remotely using the Jira mobile App. Is there a date when Releases will be visible in the mobile app?

Testing the mobile app, I saw that the Release version is available only in Desktop mode, so currently, we can only add issues to a version and create new versions, but it's not possible to release one.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
