...the start of THIS week.

1. Project = MYPROJ AND Status not in (Closed, Cancelled) on EndOfweek(-1w) AND Created < StartOfWeek() ORDER BY key DESC

errors with:

Error in JQL Query: The NOT_IN operator does not support the use of the on EndOfweek(-1w) predicate

2. Project = MYPROJ AND Resolved was empty on StartOfWeek() ORDER BY key DESC either...

errors with:

History searches do not support the 'Resolved' field.
