Queries regarding the JIRA cloud to cloud migration

Question

We have recently migrated one test project from one cloud account to another cloud account
We want to answer for few queries.

1) Let us know, if there is any automatic way to migrate users into groups, while migrating the test project there was a note to migrate the users & groups separately.
2) is there any automated way to inform the users to use the new JIRA link after the migration or do we need to inform all users manually?
3) After the migration of all projects, if we delete the projects from old account, is the link still accessible to users or do they get any note these redirecting to new account link?

4) After the migration, can we check all the old JIRA details, conversation comments & files attached to those JIRA?

Below I have mentioned all the Answer Inline.

:- Yes , In Cloud to cloud there is Inbuilt option to Migrate the users and groups.

2) is there any automated way to inform the users to use the new JIRA link after the migration or do we need to inform all users manually?

:- You can user the Announcement banner to inform all the Jira user.

:- Yes, If you have migrated data successfully you can see all the Old details.
