Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.
I'd think that the empty cell means that there is "no SLA related information" and the negative value means that "this much time left from the limit defined by the SLA" (or "this much time after the limit defined by the SLA").
If you wanted to get more meaningful output, use the Better Excel Exporter app. It outputs a readable format for the SLA values (samples):
