I spent over an hour setting up a board in Jira yesterday. After that work the project and my account was deactivated stating it was deactivated due to inactivity for not using the product for a while. All of my billable client work is now missing. It stated to contact Jira immediately if this was an issue and brought me to this community rather than a helpdesk.
Could you please let me know what Cloud site URL this was for? While our free plan products do have a 120 inactivity limit, that should only be triggered if you haven't used that product for that period of time.

I can help escalate this to Atlassian. I am thinking that you might have another account because if you were in the account yesterday it would not have been deleted today.
Were you perhaps using Chrome? If so have you tried logging in with your account on another browser?
