Currently, I have an automation that logs the time spent in status in the Time tracking field. It only logs the time when the ticket was in the IN PROGRESS status.
These are the 2 rules that I created to have that automation.
But there is a problem. The automation logs also not-working hours (for example night hours when the developers are not working).
Can you please suggest another automation or a condition that I can add to my automation so that not working hours should not be logged in the Time tracking field?
