Possibility to add Approval Confirmation Pop-Up on Customer Portal?

Is it possible to have a pop-up on the customer portal side for confirming an approval?

I am able to do this on the agent side.

With our of the box functionalities, no. You could add a post function to your workflow to:

• Either add a comment for your client to see
• Send an email to your customer that the approval took place (for this you will need an app like JMWE to do the job)
