Overview panels/ boards I'd like to know if there's a way to make amends to it, changes to add an overview of all pending tasks or tasks that have not been actioned.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

I believe you are talking about the panels that look like the one below. Is that correct?

If so, it is not possible to customize those panels.
